Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We'd rather you leave when it isn't working than feel locked in.
What's covered in the monthly call?+
Whatever you bring. Most calls are a mix: review what shipped since last month, troubleshoot a workflow that's drifting, design new prompts for a new use case, or pressure-test a tool you're considering. Bring screens and real data — we work the actual problem, not theory.
Will you do work for me or just teach?+
Mostly teach and pair, but we do real work in the calls. We'll write prompts with you, configure a tool live, troubleshoot a broken automation. What we don't do at this tier is take the keys and run your stack for you — that's what Fractional GM is for.
How do you stay current?+
We run an internal pipeline that tests new AI tools against PNW service business workflows every week. By the time you ask about something, we've usually already played with it. If we haven't, we'll say so and report back next call.
What if I miss a month?+
Calls don't bank, but we'll catch you up on what changed. Async access stays live the whole time, so even a skipped call doesn't cut you off. If you need to pause for a season, just tell us — we'd rather pause than lose you.
Do you offer a group rate for multi-locations?+
Yes. If you run 2+ locations or a small franchise group, we'll quote a multi-location coaching plan with a single owner call plus team-level Q&A for each location. Mention it on your audit and we'll structure it.
How is this different from Fractional GM?+
Coaching is education and partnership — you stay the operator, we stay the advisor. Fractional GM is operational — we're inside your business 10-20 hours a week running systems, hiring, and process. Coaching is $249/mo. Fractional GM is a much deeper engagement. Most owners start with coaching.
Can we add team members to the calls?+
The monthly 1-on-1 is for the owner or designated operator — it stays focused. Team members get included in the quarterly team Q&A. If you want regular team-wide coaching beyond that, we can add team seats for a flat add-on.
