What tools do we actually configure?+
Most Setup Days end with some combination of an AI Front Desk agent, missed-call text-back, and CRM follow-up automation. See /services/ai-front-desk and /services/crm-pipeline for the typical stack. We pick the 2-3 that fit during the morning discovery — not before.
Do I need a tech person on the call?+
No. The whole point is that you don't. We drive. You watch, approve, and learn. If you have a tech-comfortable team member, they're welcome to sit in, but it's not required.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready for this?+

How do you handle our current data?+
We work inside your existing accounts and your existing tools — we don't migrate or export anything. You keep all credentials. We can sign an NDA before the day if you'd like one in writing.
Onsite or remote?+
Either. We're based in Snohomish County and travel onsite anywhere in the PNW for no extra fee. Remote Setup Days run over Zoom with screen sharing — same scope, same outcome.
What's the prep on my side?+
About 30 minutes the week before. We send a short questionnaire, ask you to confirm logins to the accounts we'll be configuring, and book the day on your calendar. That's it.
How is this different from the AI Workshop?+
The Workshop ($249) is a 2-hour group session — education. Setup Day ($749) is a full day, 1-on-1, where we actually configure tools live in your business — execution. Workshop teaches you what's possible. Setup Day puts it in your accounts.
Can my team join?+
Yes. The 1-on-1 piece is about decision-making — there's one owner or lead in the seat. But up to 2 team members can sit in to learn the workflow so they can run it after we leave.
What happens after the day?+
You get 30 days of email Q&A included. After that, most clients move to /services/ai-coaching ($249/mo) for ongoing tuning, new-tool reviews, and async access between calls — but it's optional, not required.
