Every attendee gets a turn driving the tools on a laptop or phone, with our team coaching alongside. What do we need to bring?+
A laptop or tablet per person, the logins to one or two of your most-used tools (CRM, phone, email), and a couple of real examples from this week — a tough call, a bid you're stuck on, a review you need to respond to. We bring everything else.
Is it virtual or in person?+
Either. We're based in Snohomish County and run in-person sessions across the PNW (Snohomish, King, Pierce, Skagit). Remote workshops run on Zoom with screen sharing. In-person is better when you want crew bonding; Zoom is better when your team is split across job sites.
Do you tailor it to our industry?+
Yes. Before the session we ask 4-5 questions about your trade, your top headaches, and the tools you already pay for. Examples and prompts are built around your work — not a generic 'small business' deck. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, real estate, auto, landscaping, cleaning, professional services — all in our wheelhouse.
What if our team is bilingual?+
We deliver in English, Spanish, or mixed mode. Suyapa runs the Spanish portions personally, and we make sure every prompt in the library has both an EN and an ES version. No one sits there nodding through something they don't fully follow.
Is the recording really included?+
Yes — full session recording plus the slide deck, sent within 48 hours. Use it to onboard new hires, replay tricky parts, or share with team members who couldn't make it. Yours forever.
Do you do bigger groups?+
Yes. Past 10 people we quote a custom session — typically two back-to-back 2-hour blocks or a half-day format so the small-group dynamic still works. Reach out via /audit and tell us your headcount.
How is this different from Setup Day?+
