Enterprise-Grade AI, Built for Local Business
We don't just sell AI tools. We build intelligent agent teams that observe, learn, and act — custom to your business. Built for the way Pacific Northwest service businesses actually run, not the way Silicon Valley wishes they ran.

The Tech Behind Tusk
The same technology powering Fortune 500 companies, configured for local service businesses.
OpenClaw
Our proprietary AI orchestration platform that coordinates multiple agents working together — each with a defined role, clear guardrails, and a single Telegram surface for the owner.
Claude AI
Anthropic's most capable model, chosen for its safety guarantees, reasoning quality, and Constitutional-AI training. Powers every agent decision and conversation.
Cornerstone CRM
The white-labeled customer data platform that holds the lead, calendar, pipeline, and reputation surface every agent reads from and writes to.
Meet the 8 Agents
Each business gets a team of specialized AI agents — like a virtual management team reporting through one Telegram thread. Below, what each one actually does, the service it powers, and the lines it never crosses.
GM Agent
General Manager
Monitors overall business health. Coordinates between every other agent and surfaces what matters in one Telegram digest — morning, midday, and end of day.
Real Example
On a Friday afternoon for a Bellevue remodeling GC, the GM Agent rolled up: 18 new leads this week, 4 stalled jobs over 14 days, $42K in unpaid invoices, and one liability cert expiring in 9 days. The owner read it in 90 seconds while waiting for a meeting.
Guardrails
Never makes financial commitments, hires, fires, or signs contracts. Only summarizes what other agents observed. Every digest is reviewable in the audit log.
Sales Agent
Pipeline Tracker
Tracks leads through the pipeline, surfaces stale deals, and triggers follow-up sequences when reps go silent. Knows who's hot, who's cold, and who got ghosted.
Real Example
For a Snohomish County HVAC shop, the Sales Agent flagged 7 estimates that hadn't been touched in 5+ days, drafted bilingual follow-ups, and queued them for the owner to approve. Three closed within 48 hours — $11,400 in recovered pipeline.
Guardrails
Never closes deals or sends pricing without owner approval. All outbound messages stage as drafts when the value exceeds the configured threshold. Sensitive customer data never leaves the CRM boundary.
Ops Agent
Operations Manager
Watches scheduling, job flow, dispatch, and crew utilization. Flags bottlenecks like double-booked techs, jobs running long, or missed appointment confirmations before they become customer complaints.
Real Example
For an Everett auto shop, the Ops Agent caught that Tuesdays had a 38% no-show rate while Thursdays were under-booked. The owner adjusted Tuesday confirmation cadence and reclaimed 4 lost hours of bay time per week.
Guardrails
Cannot reschedule customers without confirmation. Cannot move jobs across crews without dispatcher approval. All schedule changes leave a full audit trail.
Contracts Agent
Risk & Compliance
Reviews contracts, insurance certificates, licensing, and renewal dates. Alerts the owner before anything expires, lapses, or falls out of compliance — with enough lead time to act.
Real Example
For a Tacoma roofing contractor, the Contracts Agent flagged a workers' comp policy expiring in 21 days, an L&I bond renewal due in 14, and a subcontractor whose general liability had lapsed without notice. All caught before any job was put at risk.
Guardrails
Never signs, modifies, or executes contracts. Never communicates directly with vendors, insurers, or regulators on the owner's behalf. Surfaces alerts; humans take action.
HR Agent
People & Culture
Tracks team performance, training completion, handbook acknowledgments, and turnover signals. Helps PNW owners actually build a team instead of cycling through hires.
Real Example
For a Kirkland landscaping company with 12 employees, the HR Agent surfaced that 4 of 12 hadn't completed safety training within their 90-day window, and 1 had missed three consecutive Monday huddles. The owner had one quiet conversation that probably saved a hire.
Guardrails
Never makes hiring or firing recommendations. Never accesses payroll figures. Performance summaries are pattern-based and always reviewed by the owner before any conversation happens.
Finance Agent
Financial Intelligence
Monitors cash flow, job costing, gross margin by service line, and aged receivables. Surfaces the numbers that owners usually don't look at until tax season.
Real Example
For a Lynnwood plumbing company doing $1.4M/yr, the Finance Agent showed that emergency calls were carrying a 62% gross margin while scheduled service had dropped to 28%. The owner restructured pricing on three job categories and added $4,200/mo to the bottom line.
Guardrails
Read-only access to accounting. Never moves money, sends invoices, or files anything. Never makes pricing decisions — only surfaces the data so the owner can. No PII or banking credentials ever leave the secured boundary.
Marketing Agent
Marketing & Reputation
Watches reviews across Google, Yelp, and Facebook, drafts response copy, tracks campaign ROI by channel, and surfaces missed review-request opportunities after every completed job.
Real Example
For a Redmond dental practice, the Marketing Agent caught a 2-star Google review at 6:47 AM, drafted a measured, on-brand response by 6:51 AM, and queued it for the office manager to approve at 9 AM open. Response time: under 3 hours from posting.
Guardrails
Never publishes review responses without human approval. Never solicits reviews from unhappy customers (filters out completed jobs flagged with complaints). All draft replies are bilingual-ready and follow the brand voice the owner approves at setup.
BI Agent
Business Intelligence
Aggregates signal across all seven other agents. Identifies the patterns no single dashboard would surface — cross-functional issues like 'leads from Google Ads close 3x worse than referrals on Mondays.'
Real Example
For a Snohomish HVAC operator, the BI Agent linked Sales pipeline data to Marketing campaign data to Ops job-flow data and discovered that all leads from a specific Facebook campaign were closing fast but generating poor reviews due to under-quoted scope. The campaign was paused, saving ~$3K/mo on misallocated ad spend.
Guardrails
Never auto-pauses campaigns, changes ad budgets, or modifies live systems. Surfaces patterns; the owner decides what to do. Aggregations always link back to the underlying records for verification.
The Architecture, in Plain English
Four layers. One Telegram thread. Zero black boxes. Here is exactly how a customer call becomes a logged action in your CRM — and where the humans stay in the loop.
Interaction Layer
Where customers actually meet your business: phone calls, SMS, web chat on your site, Facebook and Instagram DMs, and inbound web forms. We meet them where they already are.
Agent Orchestration Layer
OpenClaw routes each interaction to the right agent. The Front Desk agent answers calls. The Voice agent handles missed-call text-back. The Sales agent owns the pipeline. The GM agent watches everything and reports up.
Data Layer
Cornerstone CRM, your calendar, your knowledge base (FAQs, pricing scripts, service area), and your accounting connection. Read-mostly. Every write goes through guardrails. Hosted in U.S. cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Output Layer
What the system actually does for you: creates a CRM record, books a calendar slot, sends a follow-up text, drafts a review reply, posts a digest to Telegram, or escalates a tough call to a human team member.
What the System Actually Delivers
Numbers from active deployments across PNW service businesses. Your mileage will vary based on your industry, volume, and how clean your data is at Discovery — but these are the targets we operate to.
Why We Don't Use the Cheap Option
Everyone asks: "Can't I just use ChatGPT? Or Calendly? Or one of those chatbot widgets?" Here is the honest answer.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT has no context about your business, no permission to take actions, no integration with your CRM or calendar, and no privacy guarantees for customer data. It is a brilliant generalist with no memory and no hands. Tusk agents are configured per business, take real actions inside guardrails, and run in a privacy-protected environment.
Why not just use Calendly?
Calendly books slots. It does not qualify the lead, route urgent calls to the on-call tech, follow up after a no-show, or recognize that the same customer called three times last week. The AI Front Desk does the qualifying, routing, and follow-up that Calendly was never designed to do.
Why not a generic website chatbot?
Off-the-shelf chatbots are brittle, scripted, and embarrassingly bad at edge cases — the moment a customer asks something the script does not cover, they fail in front of your brand. Tusk agents handle real conversations, escalate cleanly when they should not answer, and never pretend to be human.
Why not build it in-house?
Plenty of PNW operators try. The honest math: a competent prompt engineer plus a competent backend developer plus a competent reliability engineer costs $300K+/yr fully loaded — and they still need a year to ship what we deploy in 90 days. We have already built it. You get the system, not the build cost.
How It Works
Three steps. No disruption. Real intelligence.
Connect
We connect to your existing tools — Cornerstone CRM, your phone system, your calendar, your accounting — with read-only access on day one. Zero changes to how your team works.
Observe
For 30 days, the agents watch how your business actually runs. They build a quiet model of your normal: lead volume, response patterns, scheduling, cash flow rhythms.
Act
After Discovery, we activate agents based on the priorities the audit surfaces. Each one launches with clear guardrails, a defined approval threshold, and human oversight on every consequential action.
Security, Privacy & Compliance
Your data stays yours. Period. Here is exactly where it lives, who can see it, and how you can pull the plug at any time.
Where your data lives
All customer data is stored in U.S.-only cloud regions — specifically AWS us-west-2 (Oregon) for primary storage, with backup replication inside the U.S. only. Nothing crosses an international border without your written approval.
Encryption in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 for every connection between your customers, our agents, and the data layer. AES-256 encryption at rest for the CRM database and all backups. Encryption keys rotated on a 90-day schedule.
Audit logs you can actually read
Every conversation, every CRM write, every Telegram message is logged with timestamp, agent, and outcome. The owner has full read access to the audit log and can export it at any time — no support ticket required.
PII handling and HIPAA
PII is never used to train models. We do not store PHI on the standard stack — dental, medical, and chiropractic clients are routed through HIPAA-eligible vendor partners with executed BAAs. We will tell you upfront which tier your business needs.
SOC 2 and compliance posture
Our infrastructure vendor partners (cloud, CRM, telephony) are SOC 2 Type II certified. CIC's own internal controls are under audit and on track for SOC 2 Type II completion in the next 12 months. We are happy to share vendor SOC 2 reports under NDA.
Data retention and deletion
Conversation transcripts and intermediate AI artifacts are retained for 180 days by default, then purged. CRM records follow your retention policy (typically 7 years). On contract end, all your data is exported to you and deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Customer opt-out, always
Every outbound text includes a STOP keyword that immediately pauses messaging and flags the contact in the CRM. Voice agent always identifies itself as an AI. Customers can request a human at any point — the agent escalates without resistance.
Each Agent Powers a Specific Service
Pick the one that matches the pain you are feeling right now.
