TANDAS · COMMUNITY SAVINGS

Tandas

A community savings program we host — separate from our business services.

One circle. A shared commitment.

A tanda is a rotating savings circle. Ten contribution slots each contribute the same amount for ten rounds. One slot receives the pooled contributions each round. The example below uses a monthly schedule. Receiving a payout does not end your contribution commitment.

01 / HOW IT WORKS

The circle in 60 seconds

  1. 01

    Start with the people

An illustrative circle has 10 contribution slots over 10 months. One number means one contribution obligation; multiple numbers each have their own obligation.

  2. 02

    Contribute each month

At Starter, each slot contributes $100 monthly. Ten fully paid contributions make a $1,000 monthly pool. These are illustrations, not guaranteed payouts.

  3. 03

    Draw within the applicable positions

For installment participants: random draw within your trust band. Newcomers draw only from positions 8–10; good-standing members draw from the remaining available positions. The contributing host holds #1. Approved full-upfront participants may draw from 2–10 regardless of trust band.

  4. 04

    Receive once. Keep contributing.

Each slot receives the pool once. Everyone keeps contributing until all 10 months are complete, even after their payout.

  5. 05

    Finish the circle

The last-month deposit is automatically credited to the final month. Any later tier or circle needs a separate review and invitation; nothing here guarantees acceptance.

The host holds disclosed position #1 and contributes as a member. Installment participants use random draw within their trust band; approved full-upfront participants may draw from positions 2–10 regardless of trust band. No position is assigned or reserved here.

Two schedule concepts

Monthly: 10 rounds over a 10-month operating cycle. Every two weeks: 10 rounds. Ten payment dates exactly 14 days apart span 18 weeks from the first to the last; exact start/end dates remain pending. Fees are per round on both schedules, so the ten-round fee total is the same. “Every two weeks” is not twice a month.

02 / THE NUMBERS

Explore ten rounds, on either schedule

Illustration assumes 10 fully paid contribution slots and 10 rounds, either monthly or every two weeks. The pool contains contributions; management fees are separate and charged per round. The deposit covers the final contribution and is not an extra eleventh contribution. These are draft operating terms, not a payment request or payout guarantee.

Illustrative pool / round$1,000
Contributions per slot / 10 rounds$1,000
Management fee / round$10
Total contributions + fees / 10 rounds$1,100
At joining · first contribution + final deposit + first fee$210
Each of the next 8 rounds$110 × 8
Final round · fee only; deposit covers contribution$10

Everyone starts here

Starter payment illustration, on either schedule: $210 at joining ($100 first contribution + $100 final-contribution deposit + $10 first-round fee), then $110 for each of 8 rounds, then $10 in the final round. Total: $1,100, including $1,000 contributions and $100 fees. The deposit is credited, not added again.

Tier interest is a future preference, not qualification or enrollment. Everyone starts at Starter. Advancement criteria and availability remain under review.

Fees and payout order

Management fees are $10 for Starter, $25 for Builder, $50 for Accelerator, and $100 for Business Capital (private — by invitation) per round on both schedules. The host holds disclosed position #1 and contributes as a member. Approved full-upfront participants may draw from positions 2–10 regardless of trust band; host position #1 is excluded. Full-upfront allocation mechanics and exact dated schedules still require resolution.

03 / RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISKS

Trust needs clear rules, and clear risks.

  • A member may stop paying. You could lose money or receive less than the illustrated pool; contributions and payouts are not guaranteed.
  • No interest does not mean no cost. Management fees are $10 / $25 / $50 / $100 per round by tier, on both schedules. Starter fees total $100 over ten rounds.
  • After your payout, you must keep making every remaining contribution. Multiple numbers mean separate payment obligations.
  • Ted reviews each request before any invitation. A contact request does not reserve a place, assign a payout position, or guarantee acceptance.

Deposit and exit policy

The deposit equals one contribution and is credited toward the final round on either schedule. Starter begins with $210 including its first-round fee. Any offset is against the participant’s own amounts owed; it does not cover another member’s shortfall. Exact payment dates remain pending.

  • Deposit equals one contribution and is automatically credited to the final round on either schedule.
  • Full deposit refund if the circle never launches or you withdraw before the circle starts.
  • If you leave mid-circle, the deposit is applied to your amounts owed; any remainder is refunded within 14 days.
  • Your deposit never covers another member’s shortfall. The management-fee refund policy will be stated in the final terms before any enrollment or payment.

The waitlist is not open, and participation and payment services are inactive. Custody arrangements, exact dates and multi-number allocation will be explained in the final participation terms before any invitation.

Final participation terms will be available for review before any enrollment. This informational page does not accept an agreement or collect money.

04 / WAITLIST STATUS

Waitlist not open yet

We’re preparing the interest-list connection. This page does not send a request, reserve a place or enroll you. No contributions, deposits or management fees are collected here. The general contact and newsletter forms elsewhere on this site do not join this waitlist or enroll you in a tanda.

When the waitlist opens, its purpose and contact permissions will be explained before you submit anything.
