Clear responsibility and costs
Cornerstone is led by Ted Lopez. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for delivery, any specialist involvement, the work to approve and the reporting you will receive. We confirm availability and timing before accepting the project.
The proposal confirms deliverables, revisions, dates and fees. Additional production, tools and any advertising spend are identified separately before your approval.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. You can start with a content project without buying ads, SEO or a Health Check. If publishing needs website access or a new tool, we explain that before you agree.
What do you need from me?
Your services, customer questions, examples you have permission to share and someone to check the facts. Existing articles, notes or recordings can help. Send a short description first, not private customer records.
Will the writing sound like my business?
We agree on your audience, tone and examples before drafting. You review the facts and language before publication. The proposal states the editing and revision rounds included.
How much content will I receive?
The proposal states the number of pieces, length, formats, languages, deadlines and cost. Video, photography, design and extra revisions are included only when listed.
Do you publish it for me?
We agree who publishes and where. Publishing access, uploads and any platform charges are reviewed separately. Nothing should be published without the agreed approval.
Will blog posts improve my Google ranking?
Helpful content can support a website, but rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. Technical SEO and Google Business Profile management are separate scopes.
