CRM & Customer Follow-Up

Keep customer follow-up out of your head.

Put customer details, appointments and next steps in one shared place. Start with a simple process your team can understand, then add complexity only when the work calls for it.

Foundation: $750 setup + $300/month.

Ask about Foundation CRM

A free inquiry. We confirm your scope and all charges before you commit.

Know what happened after the estimate went out.

You sent the estimate. Who is following up? Did the customer reply? What needs to happen next? A CRM gives your team a place to find those answers and keep the customer process moving.

Compare three CRM starting points.

Foundation

$750 setup + $300/month

For an owner who needs one organized way to handle customer inquiries and follow-up.

A starting scope to confirm together

  • One customer pipeline: the steps from a new inquiry to the next decision
  • An inquiry form and calendar setup
  • Basic missed-call follow-up, where your phone setup supports it
  • A dashboard for the agreed information
  • Owner training on the process we set up

These are the proposed Foundation building blocks. Your written scope confirms the setup, users, training, support and any extra charges included in your plan.

Growth

Scoped follow-up and support

For a team that needs additional follow-up steps and clearer responsibility across more people. We review the process and agree on the workflows, support and price.

Scale

Custom scope and quote

For multiple teams, connected systems or a more specialized customer process. We define the build, integrations, reporting and ongoing responsibilities before quoting the work.

Understand the setup and the ongoing commitment.

New ongoing managed services have an initial 90-day commitment, then renew month-to-month.

That gives us time to build, tune and review progress together. It does not guarantee a particular outcome.

The initial 90-day term starts once both client signing and payment are complete. Work begins only after the setup fee or first applicable installment is paid. Client-caused delays do not pause the initial term.

Existing clients remain governed by their existing agreements. One-time projects have their own agreed scope and terms.

Read the Master Service Terms. They apply only when your Service Order expressly incorporates this version.

Setup covers the agreed configuration, connections, testing and handoff. Monthly service covers the continuing service described in your proposal. Before you purchase, we confirm what is included, how support works and what would need a separate quote.

Ask us to list software access, users, training, changes and support clearly. Any calling, messaging, email, AI, payment-processing or other third-party charges must also be identified before you commit.

A working system, with a person to help.

Our team helps you get the agreed CRM setup working. We test the process, train your team and explain how to ask for help. Support hours, changes and any extra work are clear in your scope.

Keep what already works.

Already use Jobber or another business tool? We start there. Together we decide what belongs in that tool, what should connect and whether a separate CRM would actually help.

What happens next

  1. Describe your current customer process and the follow-up you want to improve.
  2. We review fit and confirm the proposed setup, ongoing service, usage charges and responsibilities in writing.
  3. Once the scope is agreed, we arrange configuration, testing and training. The inquiry alone does not start paid work.
Do I need to buy anything else first?

You do not need a paid Health Check to ask about Foundation. Before you commit, we confirm scope and any software license, usage or separate service your setup needs.

Does this bring in new customers?

A CRM helps you organize and follow up with the opportunities you receive. Advertising, website work and Google Visibility are separate services unless your scope includes them.

Can it handle estimates, invoices and payments?

Tell us how you do that work today. We confirm the available tools, configuration and any payment-provider connection before including them. Do not assume they are all part of the base setup.

What if my team does not use it?

We plan training around the process you will actually use. Your team still needs someone responsible for keeping information current and following through.

Can we work in Spanish?

Tell us what your team and customers need. We confirm the language support for training, messages and the platform before starting.

What do you need from me?

Tell us which tools you use, who handles inquiries and where follow-up gets missed. We agree on any data review or access after scoping; do not send customer records or passwords in the first inquiry.

Need a system built around a more complex operation?

Jireh Systems is the custom CRM and employee operations system Leo and Ted built together for Jireh Asphalt & Concrete. It is already used in the business and continues to evolve through operating feedback and ongoing development.

A custom CRM can be scoped separately when standard tools do not fit the work. We first map the customer and employee processes, review available tools and define what is worth building.

Need help with incoming calls too?

Ask about a separately scoped phone or AI reception service. We confirm what it can handle, when a person takes over and how subscription and usage charges work.
