Managed AI

Keep useful AI tools running without managing every detail yourself.

If keeping instructions, connections and follow-up up to date is becoming another job, start with one clearly defined task and agree what ongoing care it needs.

Discuss managed AI support

You have customers to serve, crews to coordinate and work to finish. You may not have time to maintain an AI agent, troubleshoot connections or keep every follow-up process running.

Cornerstone Intelligence Co. can handle that work through a managed monthly service. We configure your agent around agreed business tasks, maintain its instructions and approved knowledge, monitor the supported connections and help your team use the system.

Think of us as your general contractor for business systems: one accountable point of contact to understand the need, coordinate the right specialists and connect the work.

Choose the level of ownership that works for you.

We manage it. We operate and maintain the agreed agent and workflows under a defined service scope. Monitoring, updates, support and usage arrangements are set out in the proposal.

We help you run it. Keep supported accounts and tools under your control. We help configure them, connect the agreed systems and train your team. Explore setup and training Explore

One managed service, with clear costs.

New ongoing managed services have an initial 90-day commitment, then renew month-to-month.

That gives us time to build, tune and review progress together. It does not guarantee a particular outcome.

The initial 90-day term starts once both client signing and payment are complete. Work begins only after the setup fee or first applicable installment is paid. Client-caused delays do not pause the initial term.

Existing clients remain governed by their existing agreements. One-time projects have their own agreed scope and terms.

Read the Master Service Terms. They apply only when your Service Order expressly incorporates this version.

We first review the supported accounts, hosting and provider arrangements your business needs. Your proposal states who owns each account, which software or usage is included, which charges remain separate and how additional work is approved. We confirm these arrangements before service begins.

Start with the work that matters now.

We review your existing tools and identify the first useful task. It may be preparing email replies, helping your team find approved information, organizing CRM activity or making customer follow-up more consistent.

We agree what the system may do automatically, what needs a person’s approval and who handles exceptions.

Add capabilities when your business needs them.

  • Missed-call follow-up: Give an unanswered inquiry a defined next step.
  • Estimate and lead follow-up: Keep appropriate next actions from being forgotten.
  • Review collection: Request honest feedback through a consistent customer process.
  • Email marketing: Send relevant campaigns to the appropriate audience.
  • SMS communication: Use approved messages, permissions and timing.
  • Lead reactivation: Revisit eligible past inquiries with a planned campaign.

We add each capability when its purpose, ownership and cost are clear. You do not need every feature on day one. Each module is scoped and tested before activation.

Each capability requires its own scope and readiness checks. Messaging and outreach also depend on appropriate consent, account permissions, registration where required and testing. Features are activated only after those requirements are met.

What ongoing management means.

Your agreement defines the supported tasks and integrations, maintenance, knowledge updates, monitoring, support hours and response expectations. Major new workflows, new integrations and additional training are agreed separately.

We explain how your business data can be exported and how access and service transition work if you leave. You should understand what you are paying for and how your business keeps moving.

What happens next

  1. Describe a recurring task and the tools your team uses today.
  2. Review the supported work, human approvals, account ownership, support arrangements and full costs.
  3. Approve the knowledge and instructions, then test the agreed task and its exception paths.
  4. Begin the agreed service; new tasks or integrations go through a separate scope review.

How we approach the work

We work from an agreed task and approved business information. The starting question is who benefits and who stays responsible; only then do we decide which AI tools and connections are appropriate.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy anything else first?

No. Start with a conversation about the task and your existing tools. A Health Check and CRM purchase are optional. The proposal explains any software, hosting or usage required for the supported setup.

What do you need from me?

One task to improve, a list of the tools involved and a person who can approve instructions and answer operational questions. We agree the required access and information after scope is defined; do not send passwords in your first inquiry.

Can you manage tools I already use?

We review their capabilities, access and compatibility first. Supported tools and connections are named in the scope, along with any limits or changes needed.

What is included in ongoing management?

The agreement defines the tasks, knowledge updates, maintenance, monitoring, support hours and response expectations. It also separates software or usage charges and explains how extra work is approved.

What can the AI do without my approval?

Only the actions agreed for the setup. We define approval checkpoints, information it may use and the person responsible for exceptions. Outreach also requires appropriate consent, permissions and testing.

What happens if I stop the service?

Before you begin, we explain account ownership, access, data export and transition options, including platform limits. Service terms define notice requirements and any ongoing provider costs; we do not assume every tool can be transferred.
