Who this is for
Choose Jumpstart if you are new to AI or getting inconsistent answers. A first exercise could be drafting a reply, organizing notes or summarizing approved business information. If your team already needs a repeatable process or system connections, we can discuss the other paths directly.
What we agree to deliver
- An agreed real-world exercise suited to your experience
- Practice giving clear instructions and useful business context
- A worked example reviewed together
- Starter instructions and a checking guide, as defined in your proposal
- Clear information boundaries and agreed next steps for practice
What to prepare
Tell us who is attending, what they want to do and which tools they already have. We agree on account readiness, language, session format and approved or anonymized examples before the session.
What happens next
- Describe the task and your team’s experience. You do not need a technical plan.
- We agree on the exercise, preparation, participants, format, deliverables and price.
- Your team practices with an approved example, reviews the result and leaves with the agreed materials and next steps.
Clear costs and responsibilities
Starting at $1,500. Final pricing depends on participants, preparation, format and deliverables. The proposal confirms the fee and any follow-up before you book. Software subscriptions, provider usage, travel, account setup, integrations and extra support are separate unless explicitly included.
Cornerstone’s process starts with the task, then the tools. Ted Lopez leads the business, and your proposal identifies who will deliver the work and any specialist involvement. We agree on review points, test the relevant examples and explain how your team will use the result.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. A Health Check or another program is not required. Tell us which accounts you have before buying a new subscription. We confirm tool requirements and any separate costs during scoping.
What do you need from me?
One task you want help with, who will attend, existing tools and your preferred language. We agree on a suitable example before the session. Keep credentials and private customer records out of the inquiry.
Is this suitable if I have never used AI?
Yes. We start with your current experience and an everyday task. The aim is to help you give clearer instructions, review the output and know when a person needs to take over.
How long is it, and how many people can attend?
Session length, group size, remote or local format and dates are confirmed in the proposal. The starting price does not promise an unlimited group or a fixed session length.
What will we leave with?
The proposal defines the training materials. These can include starter instructions, a reviewed example, a verification checklist and next steps for practice. We agree on what is included before you book.
Does this set up an agent or connect our CRM?
Not automatically. Jumpstart is a learning service. Account configuration, agent setup, custom connections and ongoing management are separately scoped work.
