Who this is for
This fits a team with recurring work and someone ready to own the process. Examples include preparing customer-reply drafts, turning meeting notes into proposed actions or finding answers in approved reference material. The task should have a clear standard for acceptable work.
What we agree to deliver
- A map of the agreed task, inputs, steps and output
- Approved source material and reusable instructions
- A named owner and human review points
- Rules for missing information, uncertain answers and exceptions
- Team practice and reviewed examples
- Workflow documentation and an adoption plan defined in the proposal
What to prepare
Bring the current process, sample inputs and an example of acceptable work. Identify the people doing the task and the person who can approve a change. Use approved or anonymized material; access to internal information is agreed separately.
What happens next
- Describe the recurring task, who does it and where it becomes inconsistent.
- We agree on the workflow, participants, preparation, review standard, deliverables and price.
- We map and practice the process, test realistic examples and hand over the agreed workflow materials and ownership plan.
Clear costs and responsibilities
Starting at $3,500. The proposal states the workflows, participants, preparation, format, deliverables, fees and follow-up. Software licenses, provider usage, travel, custom builds, live integrations and ongoing support are separate unless expressly included.
Cornerstone’s process starts with the task, then the tools. Ted Lopez leads the business, and your proposal identifies who will deliver the work and any specialist involvement. We agree on review points, test the relevant examples and explain how your team will use the result.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. AI Jumpstart, a Health Check or another Cornerstone service is not required. We review the team’s experience and existing accounts, then explain any preparation or tool requirements.
What do you need from me?
The current steps, people involved, sample inputs and an example of good work. Choose someone who can approve the process and support its use afterward. Do not send credentials or private customer records in the inquiry.
How is this different from AI Jumpstart?
Jumpstart builds everyday AI confidence. The workshop focuses on an agreed repeatable team process, including ownership, review checks and exceptions. We help choose the fit based on your task.
Will you connect the workflow to our systems?
Only if an implementation is expressly included. The workshop itself focuses on team practice and documentation. Live connections or custom development can be scoped through AI Business Integration.
How many workflows or sessions are included?
The proposal confirms the number of workflows, sessions, participants, revisions and follow-up. The starting price is not an unlimited workshop package.
What happens when the AI is wrong?
The process includes a review standard and a path for uncertain answers, missing information or other exceptions. Your team practices when to correct, stop or hand the task to a person.
