Choose how much help you need
Guide me. Get a practical setup plan and guidance while you do the build.
Build it with me. Work alongside us to configure the agreed tools and practice using them.
Set it up for my business. Get a scoped implementation, testing, operating instructions and a team handoff.
What the setup can include
- One agreed business task and a clear standard for a useful result
- Approved business knowledge, instructions and supported connections
- Tests using realistic tasks, missing information and failed steps
- Rules for access, human approval and when the assistant must stop
- A walkthrough and operating instructions for the people using it
Start with one useful task
A useful first task might be finding information in approved documents, preparing a reply for review or summarizing context from a supported CRM. We review your existing tools first, including ChatGPT, Claude or Grok for business use, or focused agents built with Hermes or OpenClaw. The tools and connections still need a compatibility check for your project.
What happens next
- Describe one task that takes too much time and the tools you already use.
- We check fit, access and supported connections, then agree on the task, delivery format, price and approval boundaries.
- We configure and test the agreed setup, show you how to use it and confirm who handles future changes or support.
Clear costs and responsibilities
Setup is quoted for the agreed work. Sessions, integrations, revisions and the support window are listed in your proposal. Software subscriptions, hosting, API usage, travel and ongoing management are separate costs unless explicitly included. Your supported accounts stay under your control.
Cornerstone’s process starts with the task, then the tools. Ted Lopez leads the business, and your proposal identifies who will deliver the work and any specialist involvement. We agree on review points, test the relevant examples and explain how your team will use the result.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. A Business Health Check, Cornerstone CRM plan or retainer is not required. We review existing accounts first and explain any required upgrade, subscription or usage charge before you approve the project.
What do you need from me?
A description of the task, your current tools, who will use the assistant and an example of a useful result. Later, we agree on approved source material and appropriate account access. Do not send passwords or private customer records in the inquiry.
What does “training my assistant” mean?
Organizing approved information, writing instructions and improving the workflow with reviewed examples. It does not automatically mean training a new AI model. Outputs still need the review appropriate to the task.
Can it send messages or change my business records?
Only supported actions that are explicitly agreed and configured. We decide what needs your approval, what information it can access and how to stop or handle errors before enabling actions.
Do I need to be technical?
You need someone who understands the task and can review the work. We agree on a guided, collaborative or done-for-you setup and the level of training needed. Complex connections may require a specialist.
Who maintains it after setup?
The handoff states who owns updates, access and support. Ongoing management is optional and separately scoped; it is not automatically included in a setup project.
