Clear responsibility and costs
Cornerstone is led by Ted Lopez. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for delivery, any specialist involvement, the work to approve and the reporting you will receive. We confirm availability and timing before accepting the project.
The proposal confirms deliverables, revisions, dates and fees. Additional production, tools and any advertising spend are identified separately before your approval.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. You can start with your existing site. You do not need a new website, paid ads or a Health Check first. If your platform limits a change or needs a paid tool, we explain the options before you commit.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, main services, service area and any previous SEO work or reports. We arrange suitable site and reporting access after agreeing on scope. Do not send passwords or customer records in the inquiry.
Will you make the changes or just give me a report?
The proposal says which changes we implement, which go to your developer and which are recommendations. New pages, migrations, redesigns and outside development are included only when listed.
Is Google Business Profile management included?
No. Website SEO focuses on your website. Google Visibility covers a separately scoped Google Business Profile service. We can clarify which need comes first without requiring both.
How long until I see a change?
Implementation timing depends on the scope, platform and approvals. Search engines choose when to crawl, index and rank pages, so we do not promise a results date. We agree on progress checks and reporting.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Rankings and traffic depend on competition, relevance, the website and search-engine decisions. The commitment is to the agreed work and reporting, not a position, lead count or sales result.
