Who this is for
This fits a defined task with an owner, approved information and a clear standard for a useful result. For example, a workflow could prepare a draft from business information or move an approved result into a supported system. We confirm what your tools allow before promising a connection.
What we agree to deliver
- An agreed workflow and acceptance criteria
- Configuration, approved knowledge and instructions
- The system connections and actions named in the proposal
- Access boundaries, approval points and operating responsibilities
- Tests for real tasks, missing information and failed connections
- Operating documentation, training and any defined stabilization period
What to prepare
Describe the process, tools and account plans. Identify who controls access and who will run the workflow. We agree on permitted data, actions, stop controls and recovery options before building. Share approved or anonymized examples; keep credentials and private customer records out of the initial inquiry.
What happens next
- Tell us what should happen between your tools and where a person needs to approve the work.
- We review compatibility, access and data boundaries, then agree on the build, acceptance tests, responsibilities, costs and schedule.
- We implement and test the agreed workflow, review results against the acceptance criteria and hand over operation, training and support responsibilities.
Clear costs and responsibilities
From $7,500. The proposal separates implementation fees from software, hosting, API or provider usage, travel and ongoing management unless explicitly included. It also confirms ownership, connections, training, revisions and the support window. Extra workflows or integrations require an agreed scope change.
Cornerstone’s process starts with the task, then the tools. Ted Lopez leads the business, and your proposal identifies who will deliver the work and any specialist involvement. We agree on review points, test the relevant examples and explain how your team will use the result.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. A Health Check, workshop or Cornerstone CRM subscription is not mandatory. We review readiness and existing accounts. Some connections need paid plans or usage charges; these are explained before you commit.
What do you need from me?
A process description, your systems and account plans, a task owner and examples of acceptable work. We arrange access through agreed permissions after scoping. Do not send passwords or customer records through the initial form.
Can you connect any tool I use?
No universal compatibility promise is made. We check supported integrations, account features, provider terms and access before agreeing to a connection. An existing subscription may not include API access or usage.
Can the workflow act without approval?
Only within explicitly agreed limits. We decide which actions need review, what information may be used and who handles exceptions. Sensitive decisions need the appropriate human responsibility.
How do you know the integration is ready?
The proposal defines acceptance criteria. Testing covers realistic tasks, incomplete information, failed connections and human intervention. We agree how to pause the workflow and what recovery is possible in the connected systems.
Are maintenance and future changes included?
Only the support or stabilization stated in your proposal. Ongoing monitoring, new tasks, extra connections and provider changes need an agreed scope. Managed AI is a separate option for ongoing operation.
A useful next step
If the process is still unclear, define and practice it before connecting systems.
