Clear responsibility and costs
Cornerstone is led by Ted Lopez. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for delivery, any specialist involvement, the work to approve and the reporting you will receive. We confirm availability and timing before accepting the project.
The proposal confirms deliverables, revisions, dates and fees. Additional production, tools and any advertising spend are identified separately before your approval.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. You do not need ads, a new website or a CRM plan first. We review the accounts and content you already have. Any scheduling tool or production cost is identified before you approve the plan.
What do you need from me?
Your account names, services, customer audience and photos or videos you have permission to use. We also need someone who can confirm details and approve posts. Keep passwords and private customer information out of the inquiry.
How many posts and which platforms are included?
The proposal names each platform, language, format and number of posts for the agreed period. Extra channels, video production or added publishing volume need a scope agreement.
Do you answer comments and direct messages?
Only when the proposal includes it. We define coverage, response boundaries and when to hand a message to you. Customer service, sales conversations and urgent issues need a clear business owner.
Will I get to approve posts?
We agree on a review process and approval deadlines before publishing starts. Your team checks factual details and permissions. We also agree how changes or delayed approvals affect the schedule.
Does this include paid ads or guarantee followers?
Paid campaigns and advertising spend are separate. We report the agreed activity and measures, without guaranteeing follower growth, leads or sales.
