Start Steps 1 to 3
Talk, diagnose, plan.
You learn what is getting in the way and what each fix costs.
See steps 1 to 3How we work
You would not build a house by calling every trade yourself. You hire a general contractor who plans the job, brings in the right people, keeps the work in order and stands behind it. We do the same for your website, customer follow-up, phones and practical AI.
Here is exactly what happens, step by step, and what you know before you pay for anything beyond the first step.

See steps 7 and 8The process
Each step says what happens, what you get and what we need from you. Nothing is built until the scope, price and handoff are in writing.
Start
Tell us what is taking more effort than it should, and what you would fix first if you could fix one thing. No technical plan needed.

Diagnosis first, then the prescription. Our Business Health Check is a 90-minute assessment of your tools, website, ads, social, email and Google profile, and of how leads come in and how fast they get an answer.

In a separate 45-minute debrief we walk you through the findings and a work plan: where to start, how long it takes and how fast we can do it.
Build
Your current website and phones keep working while we build the new system in parallel. We bring in the right specialist for each piece: photos and video, forms, CRM, phones and AI reception.

You try the system with us, the way you would test drive a truck before you take it home, and tell us what to adjust before anything goes live. The test drive is part of your paid start, before launch.
When you approve, we switch over to the new system with no downtime and show your team how to use it.

Run
We work in 30-day blocks. For example: first the website, then what happens when someone fills out a form, then the customer service experience. At each block we sit down and check whether it is helping.

After the first 90 days we continue month to month. We keep the system running, like a building with the lights on and the water flowing, and add improvements when a new tool is worth it.

Why a general contractor
People do not hire a general contractor because they have never heard of plumbers and electricians. They hire one so they do not have to coordinate every trade, get the order wrong or chase someone for answers. We do the same with your website, CRM, phones and AI.
One point of contact
You do not get handed one piece and sent off to find the rest. We deliver the whole job and coordinate everyone on it.
Knows who to call
The person who builds your website is not the one who shoots your photos and video. If you need an accountant, a financial plan or an attorney, we can point you to people we trust.
Plans and permits
A good doctor does not prescribe before an exam. Terms and conditions, cookies and permission to send texts go into the foundation.
Order of the work
First the website, then what happens when a form comes in, then the customer experience. One stage at a time, in the right order.
Work without closing the house
Your new website is built behind the current one. We flip the switch only after you test it, with no downtime.
Time and budget
You see what each piece costs. What does not fit this month moves to the next.
Quality control
You try the system and ask for adjustments before it goes live, like a test drive before you take the truck home.
Protects the owner
With recorded calls, it is no longer your word against the customer’s when they say they asked for red, not orange. Clear written terms help protect your business.
Maintenance
Lights on, water running, the place kept in order. A system is like a tree: it needs watering and care to keep growing.
That is why we call ourselves digital contractors. We know exactly who to call, who to trust and who to work with.
Before you pay
No fine print. These points are clear before any work starts.
Straight answers
The Business Health Check is a 90-minute assessment plus a separate 45-minute debrief. The build runs in 30-day blocks, and the initial term is 90 days. The exact timing for each piece is in your plan.
Your current site stays up while we build the new one behind it, and we switch over only when you approve.
Your information (services, service areas, ideal customer, photos and your story), delegated access to your domain, hosting and Google (you invite us as a user, and we never ask for your passwords), one contact person and time to test. No time for the forms? We interview you instead.
You keep your brand, your materials and your customer data. Once the fees are paid, you own the final deliverables listed in your Service Order, and you get a permanent license to use and maintain the reusable tools built into them. Third party software and subscriptions keep their own licenses, and any handover limits are written in your Service Order.
After the 90-day initial term, service continues month to month. If the system is not helping you, there is no reason to keep going. Your Service Order explains how to end it.
It is the minimum time to build, tune and review progress together. Change is not easy for anyone, and a system needs watering, like a tree.
They do their best with what they have, but it is a lot of pressure for one person. We get it built right, then show them how to keep it up.
You would not trust a doctor who prescribes before examining you. The diagnosis tells you where to start and keeps you from paying for what you do not need. It is also optional.
No. You can start with one piece and grow from there. Each service has its own published price.
It is part of the paid start. The test drive happens before launch, so we can adjust the system with you before it goes live.
Ready when you are
Once it is paid, your website is yours. Scope, price and handoff are in writing before work starts. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, but you will always know who owns the work and what happens next.
