Lead Conversion

Inquiries come in. Make the next step clear.

When calls, form requests and estimates sit unanswered, buying more leads is not the first fix. Give each inquiry a responsible person and a clear follow-up.

Review my lead follow-up

We help you connect incoming inquiries to the people, reminders and next actions needed to handle them. Start with one missed handoff or scope a wider follow-up process around the tools you already use.

Follow the inquiry all the way through.

We review where requests arrive, who responds, what information they need and when a follow-up should stop. Your agreed setup can include notifications, task reminders, status changes and supported automatic replies.

  • Map the path from the first inquiry to the next decision.
  • Identify a responsible person for each step and a backup when they are unavailable.
  • Define timing, message content, permissions and exceptions before automation.
  • Test the agreed paths and give your team instructions to use them.

Built for your team.

Your hours, service area and customer language shape the process. A request outside your area, a customer who has already replied and an estimate that is no longer active should not all receive the same follow-up.

This service organizes how your team handles interest. It does not include advertising, a complete CRM replacement, phone service or a website rebuild unless your proposal adds them. Software, messaging and usage charges are identified separately.

Start with one missed handoff.

Show us where a request tends to stall. We can scope that one step before expanding to other channels. The proposal defines the channels, connections, messages, revisions, testing and price before work begins.

What happens next

  1. Tell us where inquiries arrive and which handoff is getting missed.
  2. Review a proposed follow-up path, its owner, costs and any access or consent requirements.
  3. Approve the messages and test the agreed scenarios before activation.
  4. Give the process to your team; ongoing monitoring or changes are included only when agreed.

How we approach the work

We start with the person doing the work, not a list of automation features. Before a reminder is added, we ask who will act on it, what they need to know and how the process should end.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy anything else first?

No. Start by showing us your current tools. We identify any required software, account setup or messaging costs before you agree to the work. A Health Check is optional.

What do you need from me?

Your inquiry channels, business hours, service area and a description of one missed handoff. We also need someone on your team to confirm who responds and to approve the follow-up messages. Please do not send customer records or passwords with your first inquiry.

How is this different from CRM setup?

CRM setup organizes customer information and stages. Lead Conversion focuses on the actions around each inquiry: who responds, what happens next and when to stop. The two can be scoped together.

Can you work with the tools I already have?

We review their access and connection options first. We will identify any unsupported step or required change before recommending a setup.

Will every message be automatic?

No. We agree which actions need a person, which may run automatically and what happens when a customer replies, opts out or needs extra help. Outreach requires appropriate permissions and channel readiness.

Does this guarantee more sales?

No. It provides a defined follow-up process. Your team still needs to respond, qualify requests and deliver the service; a reminder alone does not create a sale.

A useful next step

Organize your customer information
Useful if requests and customer details are scattered across several tools.

Plan how calls are handled
Useful if unanswered calls are where the follow-up problem begins.
