Clear responsibility and costs
Cornerstone is led by Ted Lopez. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for delivery, any specialist involvement, the work to approve and the reporting you will receive. We confirm availability and timing before accepting the project.
The proposal confirms deliverables, revisions, dates and fees. Additional production, tools and any advertising spend are identified separately before your approval.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. You do not need another Cornerstone service first. A suitable Google Ads account, destination page and billing setup may be required to launch. We review what you already have before recommending changes.
What do you need from me?
Your services, service area, website, budget range and the person who answers inquiries. After agreeing on scope, we arrange appropriate account access. Do not send passwords or billing details in the inquiry.
Is advertising spend included in your fee?
No. Google ad spend is separate from our service fee. We agree on the spend limit, billing responsibility and approval process before launch. A new landing page, creative work or paid tools are included only when listed.
Do you launch as soon as I inquire?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Launch follows an approved scope and budget, suitable access, required account checks and approval of the campaign. Google also controls its own ad review.
How will I know what is working?
We agree on the measures, reporting frequency and what counts as an inquiry. We review tracking feasibility and any required privacy or consent changes before enabling measurement.
Can you guarantee leads or a top position?
No. Competition, search demand, budget, the offer and your response affect results. Paid ads do not buy an organic ranking or replace Google Business Profile work.
