What we agree before starting
- A clear offer and the customers you want to reach
- The right channel for the goal: ads, content, social media or website SEO
- The pages, creative material and approvals the work needs
- A named delivery owner, reporting plan and agreed fees
Advertising spend is separate from service fees. New pages, photography, video and tools are included only when the proposal specifies them.
What happens next
- Tell us what you sell, where you work and what is not working now.
- We review the offer, website, existing accounts and who answers inquiries. You receive a scoped proposal with responsibilities and costs.
- After approval, we prepare the agreed work, complete the required checks and review progress with you.
Who is responsible for the work
Cornerstone is led by Ted Lopez. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for delivery, any specialist involvement, the work to approve and the reporting you will receive. We confirm availability and timing before accepting the project.
Questions before you commit
Do I need to buy anything else first?
No. You can discuss one marketing need directly. A Business Health Check, CRM plan or other service is not a prerequisite. We identify any account, website or software requirements before you approve the work.
What do you need from me?
Your main services, ideal customers, service area, website and a realistic budget range. Tell us who can provide materials, approve changes and answer inquiries. Do not send passwords or customer records in the inquiry.
Do I need to use every marketing channel?
No. We recommend a starting point based on the offer, audience and available resources. The proposal names the channels included; you do not have to buy a bundle of services.
Are advertising spend and content production included?
Advertising spend is separate from service fees. New photography, video, landing pages and external tools are included only if the proposal lists them. Campaign budgets and creative need your approval before launch.
Who does the work, and how long does it take?
The proposal names the delivery owner, any specialists, the schedule and the approval process. We confirm availability before accepting the project. Timing depends on access, materials and the agreed work.
Can you guarantee leads or sales?
No. Results depend on your offer, competition, budget and follow-up. We agree what to measure and report without guaranteeing rankings, lead counts or sales.
