Local Visibility & Reputation — $997/month + $1,200 one-time setup

Google Business Profile is free. Cornerstone’s fees cover the agreed setup and management services. Read Google’s notice about working with a third party.

For one agreed business location, the standard service brings together:

  • An initial review of your profile, business information and customer contact paths.
  • Profile information improvements and a configured update process.
  • A review-request process for eligible customers.
  • Review monitoring and an agreed response process.
  • A monthly summary of the work completed, available performance information and recommended next steps.

We confirm profile access, eligibility and setup requirements before you subscribe. Additional locations, unusual profile problems and custom integrations are scoped separately. Website rebuilding, full CRM implementation, phone services and directory-listing add-ons are separate unless included in your written offer.

As we review your customer journey, we may find missed calls, unanswered estimates or a website that makes inquiries difficult. When there is a clear need, we can help with those connections too. You can keep the visibility service on its own.

What we measure

We establish a starting point and review available profile activity, new reviews and customer inquiry information over comparable periods. A call-button click is different from an answered call or a booked job. We explain those differences when reporting progress.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy anything else first?

No. The free, person-reviewed check does not require a website rebuild, CRM purchase or paid service. If an improvement needs another service, we explain the option and its separate scope.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, location or service area, Google profile or website if available, and preferred language. We confirm any access needed for paid work separately. Do not send your Google password.

Is the free check the same as monthly management?

No. The free check is a review followed by recommendations. Standard management for one agreed location is $1,200 one-time setup plus $997 per month, with eligibility and scope confirmed before subscribing.

Will you guarantee a ranking or number of calls?

No. Results depend on your market, location, competition and other factors. We commit to the work defined in your service scope and explain the limits of the available reporting.

What if I do not have a verified profile?

Request a review first. We assess eligibility and the appropriate next step before accepting a standard subscription. Verification, restrictions or unusual profile problems may need a different scope.

Are results instant, and do I have to subscribe?

No. A person reviews your request and follows up; there is no instant automated score or obligation to buy. You can discuss the recommendations before choosing whether to do the work yourself or request a proposal.

Setup and ongoing service

New ongoing managed services have an initial 90-day commitment, then renew month-to-month.

That gives us time to build, tune and review progress together. It does not guarantee a particular outcome.

The initial 90-day term starts once both client signing and payment are complete. Work begins only after the setup fee or first applicable installment is paid. Client-caused delays do not pause the initial term.

Existing clients remain governed by their existing agreements. One-time projects have their own agreed scope and terms.

Read the Master Service Terms. They apply only when your Service Order expressly incorporates this version.

Setup covers the initial profile review, agreed corrections, access coordination, baseline and review-request process configuration. Monthly service covers the agreed profile updates, monitoring, response process and reporting for one location. Advertising spend, additional locations and expanded work are separate. Any introductory discount is written into your proposal with its amount and duration. An inquiry does not start billing.

How we approach the work

We review the information available for your business and explain what it can and cannot tell us. The free check identifies useful priorities; any paid work is proposed separately. A sample map illustrates the format and is never presented as your business’s result.
