It works like a general contractor for business systems: it helps service businesses with their website, Google presence, customer follow-up, phone systems, everyday workflows and practical AI, then shows the team how to use what was built.

Cornerstone is based in Marysville, Washington. Local service areas include Marysville, Everett, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Bellevue and Redmond, in Snohomish and King counties. Can you help my business use ChatGPT, Claude or AI agents?
Yes. We offer hands-on help setting up ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or a custom business agent, connecting supported tools and training your team. We use AI where it helps, with people responsible for checking the result.
Do you set up AI receptionists?
Yes. AI reception gives callers a clear next step when your team cannot answer: approved answers, collecting the caller’s details and a handoff to a person. Coverage, usage costs and booking actions are agreed and tested first; an AI answer is not a promise of immediate service.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mainly local service businesses whose owners work in the business, in Snohomish and King counties and remotely across the United States.

Do I need a Business Health Check first?
No. You can start with a specific service. The Business Health Check (a 90-minute assessment, written findings and a separate 45-minute debrief) is optional and helps you choose what to fix first.
Where can I see prices?
Current public prices and scope are on each service page. Website projects are quoted individually. New ongoing managed services have an initial 90-day commitment, then continue month to month.
